Together we set goals to increase your energy level, improve your health and help you feel healthy and happy. You will have a blueprint to address the foundational issues to improve your health: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and fun.

Nina worked through “Fundamentals of Healthy Living” with me several years ago, after suffering for years with severe food allergies, asthma, and fibromyalgia. Her story of hope and healing is incredible!

Working with Karen as my health coach for a year was a wonderful and worthwhile experience. She was very dependable, conscientious and compassionate to name just a few.

I have suffered with Fibromyalgia, serious food allergies and asthma since getting pneumonia in 2000. Going from excellent health to this situation was a terrible blow. I was a single parent with 2 young children and needed to get my health back in order to support and raise my children. I was faced with the very real dilemma that doctors were medical technicians and not concerned with me as a whole person but as specific problems that needed addressing, almost always with medications. For years I tried to find help with not only my doctors, but through chiropractic care, and many other alternative care practitioners.

This went on for many years and much money was spent. It’s amazing the things I was willing to try and the desperation I felt trying to get better but having virtually no experience and no idea how to go about it. Not to mention the time, energy and resources that go into having to navigate a whole new world. I prayed God would bring someone into my life that would see the WHOLE person and be a support or partner through this difficult situation.

Then came Karen. For the first time since starting this down hill trajectory I felt I was finally being heard. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable but she gave me the comfort that I was not alone in this anymore. I just can’t express how much Karen’s expert care meant to me. It was not all roses, that it for sure. A lot of hard work had to be done. I was scared sometimes, but Karen always seemed to know just what I could handle. She never pushed, only guided and advised. I felt so supported and hopeful.

It’s been several years now since working with Karen and with her help my health has significantly improved and I am on a life long path to wholeness and wellness. She taught me so much about healthier eating, I was able to stop taking many of my medications but most of all she improved my outlook. I stopped feeling like a victim of my body and started feeling like I had more control and I felt much more empowered. I can’t even list all the things that Karen taught me. Her knowledge and expertise and willingness to share were and are an amazing asset.

In the Fundamentals of Healthy Living, you will learn about how macro and micro nutrients, movement, sleep, stress relief, and fun all fit together for a balanced, happy life. When one piece of this puzzle is missing, our lives don’t fit together as well as they could. The body has a desire to reach balance and without approaching each of these areas, the balance achieved will only be temporary.
