Once upon a time enjoying good health was a given. Unfortunately this is no longer true.
We live fast paced lives full of stress, poor food choices, not enough physical activity, and most of us don’t get enough sleep.

Why I think making health your hobby is important
After enduring chronic pain for over 25 years I learned the chronic pain in my hands and back was due to a food intolerance. Experiencing first hand how whole foods helped my body heal opened my eyes to real health care (versus traditional ‘dis-ease’ management).
I am passionate about sharing this information. This lead me to become an AADP certified health coach. I am continually reading and learning more about natural treatments to restore health to the body. I know our body has the ability to heal itself if we address the nutritional deficiencies and conditions that led to ‘dis-ease’.
I live on an 8.6-acre farm with my husband in Montrose, Colorado. We moved to this small farm to be able to produce as much of our food as possible. We raise goats (for milk), sheep (for meat), and ducks (for eggs). The garden is still under developement. Living a lifestyle that promotes health has become not just a hobby for me, but a way of life.
