Less Stress Holidays

Yes, the holidays are coming. For so many people the holidays are a time of overwhelm. A time of stress. a time of more to do and not enough time to do it all.  Really there is never time to do it all. That’s a myth. That is why I wrote this on-line program to help you enjoy the holidays.

This year can be different. Set aside time this year to stop and breathe. Time to sleep. Time to prepare the food that fuels you. This year make time to slow down. Make time so you don’t feel so stressed.

Here’s a quick tip from session one: When the sense of overwhelm comes – stop. Take a deep breath in through your nose. Exhale slowly.  When you breathe in through your nose the air goes deeper into your lungs.  Exhaling is calming to your nervous system. Repeat three times. You will feel calmer and less stressed.
